Returns & Exchanges
Not quite right? We got you! We accept returns and exchanges on all regular priced items (excluding fundraising apparel) as long as they are unwashed, unworn and in the original condition in which you received them. The return process must be initiated within 14 days of receipt of your order.
All That Bitch Cares items as well as items purchased at 20% off or more are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return nor exchange.
To initiate a return, please email CustomerService@ABrandForCoolPeople.com with the subject line "Order #(your order number here) - Return Request" and indicate which item you would like to return. We will begin the process and send you further directions to complete your return. Please note that all shipping and handling costs associated with return shipments are the responsibility of the customer. We do not accept COD shipments.
Need to exchange an item? Place a new order for the item you wish to exchange and follow the instructions above to return the item you don't want back to us. You will be charged for your new order and the returned item(s) will be refunded once we get them back!
We pride ourselves on unparalleled product quality. That’s why all our orders go through a 3-step quality check before we ship them out. However, if a damaged or mislabeled item was accidentally let through our quality control, or was damaged during shipping, we take full responsibility and provide a free replacement. If something arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, please send photos of the issue to CustomerService@ABrandForCoolPeople.com along with your order # and we'll gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.
