That Bitch - A Brand for Cool People is available worldwide with a few exception due to local rules and regulations. Your options will be available at check out based on your address. We are unable to ship to Cuba, Crimea, Iran, North Korea, and Syria
If an item is sold out or we are unable to ship it to your address, you will be promptly notified and refunded.
Orders under $100, shipping is a flat rate of $5. Items may be fulfilled at multiple locations and ship separately depending on the production location but this does not affect the fee you are charged. Orders are generally shipped within 2-7 business days and delivery time is dependent on the carrier. Most orders arrive within 2 weeks of order placement.

Delivery Delays & Lost Package Policy
That Bitch - A Brand for Cool People cannot be held liable for delivery delays as they are beyond our control. We work as efficiently as we can to get orders packed and shipped ASAP but once they are with the courier we have no control over delivery times.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted via email to CustomerService@ABrandForCoolPeople.com no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date. MIA orders are disappointing but no worries! We'll cover the costs of shipping a replacement order to you.
Unfortunately, all packages with tracking numbers declared as delivered by official postal outlets (Canada Post, USPS, DHL, etc.) are assumed received in good standing and not the responsibility of That Bitch - A Brand for Cool People if missing or stolen.
Damaged Upon Delivery?
If something arrives damaged, send photos of the damaged goods to CustomerService@ABrandForCoolPeople.com along with your order # and we'll gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.
